# B2Reach Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-24

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use B2Reach to send physical mail on your behalf. By accepting this policy during onboarding, you agree to comply with it. Violations may result in content being held, edited, or refused, and in suspension or termination of your account.

## 1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use B2Reach to create, send, or facilitate mail that:

- **Hate and harassment** — promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or other protected characteristics; or that harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates a specific person or organization.
- **Fraud and deception** — contains false, misleading, or deceptive claims about a product, service, price, offer, or sender identity; impersonates another person, business, or government entity; or is part of a phishing, pretexting, or advance-fee scheme.
- **Illegal goods or services** — advertises or facilitates the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any other goods or services that are illegal in the recipient's jurisdiction.
- **Adult content** — contains sexually explicit material, or content primarily intended to arouse, that is not appropriate for general business correspondence.
- **Impersonation** — misrepresents the sender's identity, affiliation, or authority, including falsely claiming association with a government agency, financial institution, or another company.
- **Official-look mimicry** — is designed to resemble an official government notice, a check or other financial instrument, or a sweepstakes/prize solicitation, regardless of whether it makes a false claim of affiliation.
- **Threats and intimidation** — contains threats of violence or harm against any person, group, or property.
- **Illegal or non-consensual data use** — mails prospects using contact or address data that was obtained, sold, or used in violation of applicable law (including do-not-mail and opt-out requirements).

## 2. Content Standards

All mail sent through B2Reach must:

- Be **truthful and non-deceptive** — accurately represent your business, offer, and any claims made.
- Be **professional in tone** — suitable for general business correspondence to a commercial recipient.
- **Clearly identify the sender** — the return address and any company name referenced must correspond to a real, identifiable business.
- **Comply with applicable law**, including consumer protection, marketing, and direct-mail regulations in the recipient's jurisdiction.
- **Respect opt-outs** — you must not mail an address after that recipient has asked to stop receiving mail from you.

## 3. Enforcement

B2Reach reserves the right to:

- **Review mail content** before it is sent, using automated and/or human review, to screen for violations of this policy.
- **Hold, edit, or refuse to send** any piece of mail that appears to violate this policy, without prior notice.
- **Suspend or terminate** any account, with or without notice, that violates this policy or that we reasonably believe poses a legal, reputational, or safety risk.
- **Report unlawful activity** to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

## 4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Continued use of B2Reach after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
